Welcome to FaithFit. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

Since all FaithFit products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand process, we only accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect products received
  • Printing errors

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color expectations due to screen differences
  • Minor placement variations in print designs

Return Request Time

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Refunds & Replacements

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Process a refund to your original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. After production begins, cancellation may not be possible because products are custom-made.
